Even people who have been focused on injection molding for many years also always encounter problems when operating injection molding machines. At this time, how to deal with them is a test of one's experience and technology. The following are 4 points that explain what the sudden failure problem is and how to solve it.
1. the oil pump motor and oil pump start, but no pressure.
(1)The proportional valve wiring on the oil pump is loose or the coil is burned -- check whether the proportional pressure valve is energized.
(2) Impurities plug the oil port of proportional pressure valve on oil pump -- remove the proportional pressure valve to remove impurities.
(3) The pressure oil is dirty and debris accumulates on the surface of the oil filter to prevent the pressure oil from entering the pump -- clean the oil filter and replace the pressure device.
(4) Oil leakage inside the oil pump is caused by excessive use, internal loss or unclean pressure oil -- repair or replace the oil pump.
(5)oil barrel, oil pipe and joint oil leakage - to eliminate the leakage place.
(6) oil business card printing dead - check oil valve core activity is normal.
2. melt cylinder temperature can not be controlled.
(1)If the temperature cannot be controlled, check whether the contact of the electrothermal contactor is sticky and whether the wire of the thermocouple is loose or damaged.
(2)The temperature cannot rise. Check whether the electric heating air switch in the electric box is adjusted, whether the contactor and relay are pulled together, whether there is voltage, whether the insurance is burned out, and whether the heating ring is burned out.
(3)whether the thermometer is damaged.
(1) Whether the front opening safety door is closed, whether the limiter of the safety door has been pressed and loosened by the safety door, and the connection is loose or damaged.
(2) the solenoid coil may have been to the valve, stuck to the valve core movement -- clean or replace the clamping control valve.
(3)the directional valve may not be located - clean the directional valve.
(4) the thimble can not return to reset -- check whether the action of the thimble is normal.
(5) Check whether the origin of the computer controller's clamping and clamping electronic ruler has changed, and whether the clamping position has stopped.
(6) check whether the pressure gauge action.
(7) Press the lock button to see whether the display screen shows the lock signal or other signals and alarms.
(8) Check whether the position, speed and pressure of the mold lock are adjusted properly.
(9) Check whether the piston rod of mold lock is broken.
4. do not shootplastic material
(1) the electromagnetic coil may have been burned, or there are external objects into the direction of the valve, stuck to the valve core to move -- cleaning or replacing theplastic injection valve.
(2)the pressure is too low -- increase the injection pressure.
(3) The temperature of injection molding is too low -- adjust the thermometer to raise the temperature to the required point. If the thermometer still cannot raise the temperature, check whether the heating cylinder and fuse are burnt out or loose.(4) shooting glue combination valve opening wiring is loose or bad contact -- connect the combination switch wire properly.
