The parts of these mechanisms should have higher stiffness and wear resistance, and it is also difficult to adjust. The life of the mechanism is short, and the use can be avoided as far as possible. In the case of relatively small suction force can be used to spring out the method of fixed die, in the case of large core pulling force can be used to move back when the core sliding, the core pulling action is completed first and then the structure of the die, in the large mold can be used hydraulic cylinder core pulling. The inclined pin slider core-pulling mechanism is damaged.

The most common problems of this kind of mechanism are that the processing is not in place and the material is too small. There are two main problems:

1. Inclined pin Angle A large;

2. The advantage is that it can produce a large core-pulling distance in a short die opening stroke.

However, if the Angle A is too large, when the pulling force F is A certain value, the bending force P=F/COSA of the inclined pin in the core-pulling process will be greater, and the deformation of the inclined pin and the wear of the inclined hole will be easier to occur.

At the same time, the upward thrust N=FTGA generated by the oblique pin on the slider is also larger, which increases the positive pressure of the slider on the guide surface in the guide groove, thus increasing the frictional resistance of the slide. Easy to cause sliding, guide wear. As A rule of thumb, the dip Angle A should not be greater than 25°.
