The mould for Handle of coffee pot is the first mould completed after Labor Day, the T1 test process was very smooth, and the customer approved the samples on site. The mould processing and production department will be awarded the project award. Congratulations!!!

This month we finished a complete wifi device mold, the mold trials are very successfully. The wifi device has some different parts, the product material is flame retardant ABS. We use H13 mold steel and hot runner. The mold lifetime can reach to more than 500000 shots. On September 16th, a new set of molds was being tested for the cooling circuit, and everything worked perfectly. Because this set of molds is relatively simple, we completed it in only 23 days, and the customers were also pleasantly surprised by our speed.

On Sep. 15th, we have got the T1 samples for a new plastic injection mold for Germany customer.
