During the production of injection, some products are not easy to demould. 

Therefore, there is a push-rod release mechanism at the time of mold design. 

The push rod demoulding device is simple structure, convenient manufacture and replacement, small sliding resistance and flexible demoulding position, and is the most commonly used structural form in the demolding mechanism. 

However, since the contact area between the push rod and the plastic part is small, the plastic part is easily deformed or breaked during the demolding process, so the push rod release mechanism is not suitable for the plastic part with large mold release resistance. 

At the time of design, attention should also be paid to the influence of the traces of the putter left on the plastic part on the appearance of the plastic part.
