All above factors should be considered at the very beginning of the mold design.

Secondly, the mold manufacturing is also an important process to ensure the mold quality. The processing method and precision will also affect the mold lifetime; The accuracy of each part affects the overall assembly of the mold. Apart from the accuracy of equipment, improving the processing methods of the parts and the technical level of the fitters are the eays to improve the processing accuracy of the mold parts. To strengthen the surface of the mold main for a good wear resistance, it is also a good way to improve the mold quality.

Finally, the correct application and maintenance of the mold is also a major factor to improve its quality.
For example, the installation method of the mould should be appropriate; For hot runner system, the power supply wiring should be correct, and the cooling water should meet the design requirements; The parameters of the injection machine, die casting machine and press machine should match each other when molding.
Having regular maintenance of the mold is also required. The guide pillars, guide bushing and other relative moving parts of the mold should be regularly lubricated. For injection mold and die-casting mold, lubricants or starting agents should be sprayed on the surface of the forming parts before each molding.
