How to get a high quality injection molding part when we process injection mold?

The ultimate purpose of well controlled the processing procedure of injection mold is to produce high quality injection parts. To reach this goal, what should we pay attention?
1. The defect of product surface not allowed: short shot, burn mark, ejector marks, white lines, flash, bubbles, pulling lines (pull cracks/snap), wrinkle etc.
2. Welding lines: generally speaking, for circle punch, the length of welding line should be less than 5mm, for profiled punch,the length of welding line shoule be less than 15mm, and the strength of welding line should pass functional safety test.
3. Sink marks: obviously cosmetic surface not allowed sink marks, non-obviously surface can allow slightly sink mark, but hands should not feel it.
4. Deformation: normally for small part, unflatness of surface shall be less than 0.3mm, the assembly requirement should be ensured if have assembly requirement.
5. Obviously appearance not allowed gas mark, silver streak, product generally shouldn't have bubbles.
6. Product geometric shape, size accuracy should conform to formal mould drawings or 3D file requirements, product tolerance should be based on tolerance principle, Axial size tolerance should be negative tolerance, holes tolerance should be positive tolerance, if customers have requirements should as per customers' requirements.
7. Product thickness: Thickness should reach average thickness, uneven thickness should conform to drawing requirement, tolerance should reach to -0.1mm according to mold feature.
8.Product fitting: upper cover and base cover miss match should be less than 0.1mm, no hand scraping, assembly required holes, axles, lines should be assured.
If we do well above mentioned points during mold processing procedure, then we will get high quality injection molding part.
