Ejector marks
the reason:
1. The thimble is too fast.
2. Cooling time is too long or too short.
3. The pressure holding switch position is too late.
4. The pressure is too high.
5. The pressure keeping time is too long.
6. The draft is not enough.
7. The thimble position design is unreasonable or too little.
8. The direction of demoulding is rough and the degree of polishing is not enough.
Solution:
1. Reduce the ejector pin ejection speed.
2. Lengthen or shorten the cooling time.
3. Reduce the pressure of holding pressure.
4. Shorten the pressure holding time.
5. Remove the holding pressure and check if the pressure position (95% - 99%) is reasonable.
6. Check if there is white on the water board.
7. Check if the mold release direction is rough.
