What is damage of plastic product? and what is caused it?
Damage of Plastic Product, means that product parting position or slider closing damaged

There are three reasons caused this problem:
1. The angle is not enough, the position and size of the ejection are not enough.
2. Die surface treatment is not good, coating is not smooth, texture too thin or too thick.
3. During injection molding, the speed is too fast and pressure is too much.

We need to solve these problem to avoid this defect.
