There are 7 procedures for mould texture as below:
1.Cleaning the cavity surface
2.Covering the cavity surface which no need to be texture,or painting antiseptic paint on it
3.Drying the antiseptic paint
4.Using degrease cotton to clear the cavity surface which need to be texture, make sure that there's no any impurities and filth to effect texture.
5.Painting the pattern on the cavity surface, then put it into corrosive liquid, and observe the situation during corrosion process, Repeated immersion to achieve the best effect.
6.Sandblast for clearing the cavity surface residual fluid and adjust the pattern gloss.
7.Cleaning the cavity surface, painting rost inhibitor, sending mould part back to the mould factory.
