3. Temperature setting: nozzle 205-240 ℃, front section 190-235 ℃, middle section 180-230 ℃, rear section 180-210 ℃;Screw speed of 70~150rpm, mold temperature of 35~80℃, injection pressure of 700~2300kg/cm;, holding pressure 30~ 60%, back pressure 100~200kg/cm;.
4. Linear expansion coefficient of 0.00006~0.00008/℃, forming shrinkage rate of 0.2~ 0.7%,The thermal deformation temperature is 91~93℃ (88~99℃), the glass transfer temperature is 125℃, the conductivity is 0.0003 cal.cm.s.m /℃, the density is 1.06~1.08g/cm, the tensile strength is 650~800kgf, the tensile strength is 2~ 3%, the elastic coefficient is 32,000 ~37000Kgf /cm, 2.1~3.2 Kgf. Cm /cm, Rockwell hardness M80, transparency, water absorption 0.2~ 0.3%.
