3. Usually, injecting the hard rubber part first, and then the soft rubber part, because soft rubber is easy to deform.
4. The nozzle of the three-plate mold should preferably be designed to automatically demolding. Special attention should be paid to whether the demolding action of the soft glue nozzle is reliable.

5. Please carefully check the parameter data of the two-color mold injection molding machine, such as the maximum mold thickness, minimum mold thickness, and K.O hole distance.

6. When injection molding, the size of the first injection molding product can be slightly larger, so that it can be pressed tighter with another cavity during the second molding to achieve the effect of sealing.

7. Please note that during the second injection, will the flow of the plastic impulse the product that has been formed for the first time and deform its plastic position? If this is possible, we must find ways to improve it.
8. In order to make the two plastics "sticky" tighter, the "stickiness" between the materials and the roughness of the mold surface must be considered. Two-color molds have a special TPU for injection molding; the smoother the mold surface, the "tighter" they become.
