The hot runner mold has the following advantages:

Although compared with cold runner molds, hot runner molds have their significant advantages, but they also have unavoidable shortcomings. The hot runner mold is relatively complicated, so its maintenance cost is relatively high. If used improperly, the hot runner accessories are easily damaged. And the maintenance cost of the cold runner is relatively low, and the delivery time is relatively fast. The only drawback is that the hot runner system will leak. But this does not affect that the hot runner is more suitable than the cold runner, and it is not enough to affect the reason for using the hot runner mold.
