Scheme 1: find a professional manufacturer to open a set of two-color mold and then through the two-color injection molding machine for injection. The mould is divided into two core sides, and two cavities side (the structure of the two cavities is basically the same). Two cores are installed parallel to the installation part of the core side of the injection molding machine, and two cavities are installed at the installation part of the front mould of the injection molding machine.Then through the two injection injection machine inside the two nozzle (two barrel) respectively injection molding two kinds of injection materials, two sets of dryer to cooperate.

Two-color injection mold process:

Step 1: After the first mold closing production, the number "5" of transparent material appears in the core side.

Step two: after the mold is opened, the back mold rotates 180 degrees.(That is, the positions of the two cores were switched)

Step 3: After the second mold closing production, the black material is shot into the mold cavity and surrounded by the number "5".

Step 4: After opening the mold, you will see two color keys.

Scheme 2: because the two-color injection molding machine is more expensive, many companies use another way, the same mold to open two sets, the processing process is as follows:

Step 1: first use the general injection molding machine, the transparent product number "5" to make.

Step 2: Then place the transparent product "5" into another set of molds for injection of the black material. Although the product is also two-color, the line is called "two molding", but the efficiency is not high and the yield is low.It is not recommended that we use scheme two to operate, because now many professional two-color injection mold manufacturers can save production costs for enterprises through one-stop services.
