After high-temperature dissolution, high-speed and high-pressure filling in the cavity during the injection, the addition of flame retardant and auxiliary in the flame-retardant fire-retardant PP,  if the mold has a large amount of material and the exhaust is insufficient, The gas will accumulate in the mold, which is easy to produce a kind of "sticky" phenomenon on the surface of the mold;

Generally, molds made of fireproof materials have relatively higher venting requirements;
For parts with a large amount of material, we can use multi-stage injection molding, through speed and position control, to alleviate the gas discharge during the injection molding process.
