When we design a mould , to chosing the gate type and location  is very important. 

It will caused processing problem , even the quanlity of plastic products.

Mould design engineer  shouldn't only calculate for plastic products , but also should especially pay attention to the design for gate. They must chose the correct gate type , the numbers of gate and location . The gate type and location will have a greater impact on the quality of products.

The choice of gate location will determine the following properties of the plastic products:
1. filling
2. products final size (tolerance)
3. shrinkage and deformation
4. surface quanlity
If designer chose incorrect way for the gate , It's almost impossible to correct the result during process . Therefore, the design engineer must fully consider the gate location.
