At the symposium on sustainable development of the rubber industry in Thailand on March 20, Admiral Ba Jin pointed out that the Thai government is committed to improving the rubber processing industry in Thailand and increasing the amount of rubber used in the next 10 years. The rubber processing ratio has increased to 25% to 30%. It is understood that the annual production rate of rubber produced in Thailand is 15% to 18%, and the other 80% is exported overseas. At present, the production and manufacture of many Thai government security agencies, police and military equipment are inseparable from rubber, but they all need to rely on imports. Therefore, the Thai government has introduced a promotion policy to support the processing of related equipment at home to reduce capital consumption. Relevant policies include promoting the construction of rubber city, supporting the development of new products to meet market demand, covering medical, agricultural and automotive industries. And so on.
Yesterday, the Hidruden SL team from Spain visited our factory, during the visiting, we discussed some new projects. Hidruden SL is a very professional company . We had their director, sales manager, project engineering and plant manager to visit. mouldworldservice is making a blow mold with our partner for Germany customer. This is a project for a 10L washer fluid tank used on automobile, and there is a M42X2 thread outside the opening of the tank. The thread part now is EDM machining, we will make a slight adjustment to make the the screwing more smooth and will not impact the function of thread. The T1 mold testing will be arranged on April 30. We trust to have a good running of the mold and make the satisfying tank samples for customers. Stay tuned for the T1 samples...
On April 22nd, Our new Ukrain customer " Vitalli & Vitalii " visit us to discuss new molds quote and projects. It's really interesting that they are the same name with "Vitalii" , and much similar to our company name "Vitality". We think this is a good opportunity and ties us gether to have nice coorperation in future. During the meeting, we have discussed the new requriements for the quoted plastic mold, and make some adjust for the parts structure. Meeting and business will go on later this week to more discussion. Thanks for the trust and we will show our support in quality plastic molds and molding.
On April 14, our partner finished silicon sample molds for our Germany client. They are sealing gaskets made of EPDM, used for a tank closed and open. Good samples. We assist to make this silicon mold manufacturing and production. They will ship to Germany for test at the end of April together with the blowing tank samples, another project made in our factory. As a tool maker, we provide one-stop service and out-sourcing service to meet different demands of projects. We have well-cooperated partners in silicon molding, blister molding and secondary operations. On April 10, The Head of Project Operations-Asia from Belgium customer visit us for a supplier survey. We have already cooperated with them for one project, and they are satisfied with our plastic mold and parts. "As we have been pleased by the first prototype we would like to continue our collaboration with some more molds, some of them being more complex ( multiple colors, moving parts,...). We would be delighted if we could organize a face to face meeting and have the opportunity to visit your factory to have a better understanding of your job and the service you can offer." We just did a T1 trial for one electronic project on April 7. The T1 samples are good are ready to ship to USA. This is a base of plastic cover, with special plastic material: LEXAN ML4539 Per FAR 25.853. It is customer that sent this resin from USA to run the samples. Thank everyone's hard work in current on-going projects in our factory. To catch the lead time for this urgent mold for California, our team worked even on Sunday. Fortunately manufacturing finished in 5 weeks, with nice T1. Even under great time pressure, we try our best efforts to make a good quality tooling in the first time. And the mold will be approved to be shipped after making a small production.
On March 26th, 10pcs prototype parts for Isarael customer is finished and ready for ship. Our parts are for philip electronic parts assembly test. The parts are made by CNC with PU Hei-Cast 8263 with silver painting. Hei-Cast 8263 is a flame retardant type polyurethane resin for the manufacture of prototypes which require UL94 V-0 and 5VA specification and for the monitoring of mechanical strength of the molded parts. Hei-Cast 8263 is also suited for short run production. We pay attention to every stage of the parts from order beginning to packing & shipping to avoid damage during transportation. Hope all our plastic molds and parts to our customer are perfect.
