The T1 samples look perfect for the assembly of molding parts for scewing & unscrewing. Good job to our tooling team, and good ending before Qingming Festival. The samples are ready to pack and ship to France for customer checking today.

With 4 weeks work, we had the new mold T1 trial and sent the samples to customer. Now this new injection mold T1 samples successfully passed the quality checking of Belgium customer, and gained good feedback. This is a mold with 1+1 cavity, for molding a set of ABS handle in lovely star shape, used as electronic accessories. After slight mold modification, the production will begin soon. Thanks for the support of customer’s design team and the hard work of our factory. 

On Mar.13th, mouldworldservice usher in two New Zeland Customer to the factory. During the visit, we showed Mr. Brett and his colleague to look around the Blister Mold factory of our partner .  After that we have a happy & successful meeting in our tool shop, we discussed the way how to control the weight and serial number for the blister part, Also for QR code, we have provided 3 options for customer choice.  Thanks  for our customer to choose us. 3 customers from MarGirius in Brazil came to visit our factory on March 13. 2019. It was our first meeting, and we presented company files and main lines of both sides. At the same time, we had new mold project discussion. It was nice to learn more about each other and share something wonderful between China and Brazil. At the end of meeting, we also shared gifts as good memories. It was a successful meeting, and began some projects for the mold solutions in electric and electronic plastic parts. We trust a great cooperation in plastic mould in the near future. And we always provide a rewarding partnership for the mold tooling and plastic requirements.

Asiamold, the Guangzhou International Mould & Die Exhibition, returns for its latest edition from 10 – 12 March 2019.  mouldworldservice  achieved a great success in this exhibition.  The customers from all over the world, including customers in Europe, Southeast Asia, North America and the Middle East, who came to visit and discussed their project face to face.   Manufacturing firms represented a large portion of visitors to the show, with production specialities including automobiles, electronics, home appliances, aeroplanes and associated components, ship building, telecommunications, consumer goods and medical devices. In total, 25,521 professionals visited the three-day event, as well as more than 65 visitor delegations from companies such as Colgate, EPSON, FAW-Volkswagen, OSRAM, Emerson, Foxconn, Honda, BYD, Gree Electic, Unipres, Midea, Esquel and others, reaffirming the importance of Asiamold to the region’s growth.

mouldworldservice team had busy and fruitful days on the Asiamold. On the exhibition, this time we showed some precision mold accessories, all kinds of plastic samples with good quality. Many visitors were attracted by our products, and we got approval from them. Many customers took their samples to our booth, and had nice discussion with our engineers.  We are showing not only our mold accessories, plastic samples on the Asiamold, but also our professional service and passion. We hope a good cooperation with our customers and partners. And Asiamold is just a beginning of our brand and partnership. Our team learns a lot from communication with customers, learn more about the market needs and mold industry trend.
