We just did a T1 trial for one electronic project on April 7. The T1 samples are good are ready to ship to USA.
This is a base of plastic cover, with special plastic material: LEXAN ML4539 Per FAR 25.853. It is customer that sent this resin from USA to run the samples.

Thank everyone's hard work in current on-going projects in our factory. To catch the lead time for this urgent mold for California, our team worked even on Sunday. Fortunately manufacturing finished in 5 weeks, with nice T1. 

Even under great time pressure, we try our best efforts to make a good quality tooling in the first time. And the mold will be approved to be shipped after making a small production.
