The widespread use of plastics and the linear consumption pattern of “production-use-discard” are bringing global pollution and are intensifying. In addition to destroying the ground ecosystem, plastic pollution has a profound impact on wildlife on land. In order to reduce the pollution caused by disposable plastic products, the European Parliament recently passed a proposal to ban the use of disposable plastic products with overwhelming support votes. According to the proposal, by 2021 the EU will ban the use of disposable plastic products with alternatives, such as plastic straws, disposable earplugs, plates and so on. Before 2025, EU member states will achieve 90% of plastic bottles as recyclable products.

On the afternoon of August 7, 2019, we performed T1 on a 32-cavity hot runner system mold. The mold is in good working condition. The product material is transparent PS, the height is 86mm, the wall thickness is 0.8-1.0mm, and the surface is required to be high polished. This product will be used to package ice cream fruitcakes. The sample has been sent now, we are waiting for confirmation from the client.

On August 8th, our Ukrain customer come to our factory to check plastic box mold T1 test. The plastic mold is made with interchangeable inserts to produce 2 kind of box parts. It's used for the cellphone components storage by the callphone maintance shops around Ukrain. The T1 test is successful. We will keep going to to provide high quality plastic injection mold and molding to the customer around the world.

Our team did a great job about the customized electronic products shell for our Norway customer. It has passed all the inspection now, and will be ship to Norway Soon. Disposable nonbiodegradable plastic products are widely used in the food industry. These plastic products include food plastic bags, plastic tableware, food packaging boxes, food packaging films, plastic cups, trays, beverage straws, and the like. These packaging materials are not environmentally friendly products and pose a hazard to the ecological environment. In order to protect the ecological environment, Hainan plans to completely ban the production, sale and use of  nonbiodegradable plastic products, such as throwaway bio-degradable plastic bags and plastic tableware in the province before the end of 2020. This ban will be promoted in other provinces and cities in a few years, if this is the case, after the one-time non-degradable plastic products are completely banned. New plastic packaging substitutes not only require green environmental protection, but also are suitable for high-quality food production. They also require convenient use, reasonable cost and wide range of sources.

With the good process of the first project for a plastic tank on April, our German client confirmed another plastic injection mould project to us and it will be kicked off on August. This new mould is made for a small POM connector used as an automobile part. In the design, we make it a 2-cavity mould with 4 sliders to eject. Now the prototype part is in the final testing phase and everything is good. When it passes the last adaption to test at the end of this July, we will proceed the next phase for the project. According to the China Die & Mould Industry Association, the consumption of China's molds of 255.5 billion yuan in 2018 can support 28 trillion yuan of industrial manufactured goods in the country. It is an important part of "Made in China" and plays a role in "big country". The role of “behind the scenes hero” in the improvement of people’s lives. Taking the automotive industry as an example, the mold dependence of automobile manufacturing has exceeded 90%, and more than 95% of the mold enterprises in the country involve automobile molds.
