Congratulations!  We finish a new mold this month. The mold trial is very successfully. The product is power bank used for mobile phone , it's widely used in nowadays daily life, you can use it everywhere, at home, in the office, on the bus, on the subway, even when you are shopping etc. The power bank material is ABS flame retardant, mold material we use H13, with mirror polishing, can reach to at least 500,000 shots life cycles. On Aug 19th,A connector mould has been completed, which took 25 days, and the next this mould will be sent to the Netherlands. We are very grateful for the trust of our customers and look forward to their next project.

We have got the official notice from Fakuma Mess, the 27th Fakuma international trade fair for plastics processing have been postponed to 2021 for the COVID-19.  We think this is very good decision. And good example of how important it is to listen to your customers. When we do plastic molds, we will also keep it in mind that listen the needs and requirements of our customers. On Aug 14th, the insert mold completes the first tes, the result shows that the mold meets the customer's requirement of mass production.

Congratulations!  We finished a complete sets of refrigerator base moulds. We call it refrigerator base. The molds trials are very successfully. One complete refrigerator base has 14pieces parts, some of them are same, some of them are different. We totally make three sets moulds for this product. The product material is Nylon. We use S136H as mold steel, for better corrosion resistant.
