We finished a complete sets of refrigerator base moulds. We call it refrigerator base. The molds trials are very successfully.

One complete refrigerator base has 14pieces parts, some of them are same, some of them are different. We totally make three sets moulds for this product. The product material is Nylon. We use S136H as mold steel, for better corrosion resistant. Mold lifetime can reach to 1,000,000 shots. 

We have 25years experience in design and manufacture plastic injection molds and molded parts, also we offer second operation service like painting, printing, eletroplating, ultrasonic welding and assembly, export to more than 30 countries.
