This month we finished a complete wifi device mold, the mold trials are very successfully.

The wifi device has some different parts, the product material is flame retardant ABS. We use H13 mold steel and hot runner. The mold lifetime can reach to more than 500000 shots. If for good maintaince, the mold lifetime can reach to 1million shots.
