Helmet Mould Technical characteristics:
1. A helmet ejection die is characterized by a model cavity. The model cavity is mainly composed of a fixed side plate and a die core. The die core is provided with an open fixing plate, and the die core is provided with a concave, convex and straight groove.
2. A helmet ejection die described in Fig. 1 is characterized in that the die core is provided with a transverse top and the transverse top is an ejector pin type transverse top.
3. According to the characteristics of a helmet ejection die described in claim 2, the horizontal top is arranged on the transverse top.
4. According to a helmet ejection die described in claim 2, the characteristics are as follows: the end of the cross top is fixedly connected with the cross top insert, and the cross top is provided with the insert hole used in conjunction with the cross top insert.
5. According to the characteristics of a helmet ejection die described in claim 4, the transverse top insert is machined by a wire cutting process.
